Where does your coconut water come from?
We source our coconut water out of southern Vietnam, where millions of trees and billions of nuts are ready to be turned into the best coconut water on the planet.
Is CoAqua made in New Zealand?
Our coconuts are sourced and bottled at the peak of their freshness in Vietnam. The company has headquarters in New Zealand and the US.
Do you use monkeys to harvest coconuts?
We don’t use monkeys to harvest coconuts. We don’t even know if that’s a real thing. But we do know that we’re 100% committed to keeping monkeys out of the coconut-water business and just be monkeys.
What are the benefits of CoAqua’s coconut water?
Coconut Water has a ton of benefits including natural electrolytes, great source of Potassium and Magnesium, as well as a host of antioxidants.
Do you add sugar to your coconut Water
The timing of when we pick our coconuts in their maturation process optimizes our coconuts for maximum natural taste and sweetness. We add just 1g of natural sugar to the final product, delivering that final touch of sweetness which makes CoAqua the best tasting coconut water on the planet.
Does CoAqua need to be refrigerated?
CoAqua has a shelf life of 2 years and does not need to be refrigerated to enjoy. Although, it is best served cold!
Is CoAqua Eco-Friendly?
Of course! CoAqua is committed to doing our part to preserve our planet. With 0% plastic packaging and 100% recyclable aluminum cans, CoAqua is just as eco-friendly as it is sweet.
Do you use concentrate in CoAqua?
Never! Once picked, our coconuts and packaged then and there. A drink as natural as the sunshine that made it.

Where does Coaqua Deliver?
CoAqua delivers across the entire United States of America, direct to consumers from our online store, or via Amazon.
Can I return an online order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. But if you’re not, just email us at support@coaqua.co and we’ll give you a replacement coupon or your money back. Limit one refund per household per year. Proof of purchase may be required.
My order said it was delivered, but I did not receive it?
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@coaqua.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How long will it take for my CoAqua To Arrive
With Amazon Prime packages usually arrive in two days. If ordering from our online store or standard amazon shipping, expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.
